The king's subjects were not amused. They grumbled and complained, but the king sat there, laughing at their formatting struggles. One day, a small group of brave developers decided enough was enough.

1st Rule: You talk about semantic HTML.
2nd Rule: You DO talk about semantic HTML.
3rd Rule: Use H1 for main titles only.
